All about our restaurant

Formerly Number One, Mark and Gillian have returned to Weston super Mare after 20 years. Having left Weston to open a restaurant in Chichester and a Hotel in North Devon they now come back to Somerset to immerse themselves in their new restaurant project.

Conveniently located in the heart of Weston-super-Mare they want to build on the established eatery that has been so popular for the last 12 years. Completely refurbished, Hadleys at Number One now offers ”plush” surroundings to relax in and a sunny terrace on Weston's The Boulevard to watch the world go by!

We have a skilled and highly talented team in the kitchen headed up by James Best and assisted by Nathan Foan and Debbie Colwell. They take pride in producing great food. In our extensive menus you will find a great selection of vegetarian and sea food meals. If you have a special occasion in mind, individual menus can be created for you.

We also cater for special dietary requirements such as gluten free meals and nut free dishes, please contact us to let us know in advance so that we can prepare something special for you.
